Emotional Release for
(Self) Individual Trauma....

Trapped Emotions can cause us emotional pain, physical pain and illnesses. They can also damage our relationships.  When we have an extreme emotion, the vibration of that emotion can become trapped within us.   When we experience that same emotion at a later time (because it has been trapped), we tend to rush to that emotion that which we are familiar.  If that happens to be anger, stress, frustration or confusion for example, we become more angry (etc),  than the situation may warrant and can not process the emotion in order to move on in a healthy mind set.
